• Approximate location derived from IP address.

2.3 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from third parties, including:

• Analytics, advertising, and CRM providers (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta, LinkedIn, HubSpot);
• Publicly available sources such as company websites, LinkedIn, and business directories used for prospecting; and
• Referrals from clients, partners, or affiliates.

2.4 Sensitive Information
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers, health data, or precise geolocation), and we ask that you do not submit any such information through the Site or to us by email.

3. How We Use Information

• Performance of a contract: to deliver the Services and manage our engagement with you;
• Legitimate interests: to operate, secure, and improve our business and to market our Services in a balanced and proportionate way;
• Consent: where required (e.g., certain cookies and direct marketing); you may withdraw consent at any time; and
• Legal obligation: to comply with tax, accounting, and other legal requirements.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and measure marketing performance. We typically use:
• Strictly necessary cookies that enable core Site functionality;

6. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share personal information only in the following circumstances:

6.1 Service Providers
With vendors and contractors that perform services on our behalf, such as web hosting, analytics, email and CRM, payment processing, accounting, advertising, and IT support. These providers are contractually limited to using personal information only for the purposes for which we engaged them.

6.2 Amazon and Other Platforms
To deliver the Services, we interact with Amazon’s Selling Partner API, Amazon Ads API, Amazon DSP, and similar platforms. We use such information solely to perform the Services for the applicable client and in compliance with the platform’s terms and data protection requirements.

6.3 Professional Advisors
With our attorneys, accountants, auditors, and insurers, as needed for the operation and protection of our business.

6.4 Business Transfers
In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our assets, where personal information may be transferred to the successor or acquirer subject to this Policy.

6.5 Legal and Safety
Where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with applicable law, regulation, subpoena, or legal process; (b) enforce our agreements and policies; (c) protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our clients, or others; or (d) detect, prevent, or address fraud or security issues.

6.6 With Your Direction
With other parties when you direct us to do so, such as introductions to partners or co-vendors.

7. Handling of Amazon-Derived Data
When clients grant us access to their Amazon accounts, we may receive Amazon-supplied data including order, advertising, performance, inventory, and limited customer-related data. We treat such data in accordance with Amazon’s applicable policies and:
• Use it only to perform the Services for the specific client that authorized access;
• Limit access to personnel with a business need;
• Maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards;
• Do not sell or transfer Amazon-derived personal data to third parties for their own use; and
• Delete or anonymize such data when it is no longer needed for the Services or as required by Amazon’s policies.

8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the context, including:
• Prospect and lead data: typically [12–24 months] from last interaction;
• Client engagement records: typically the term of the engagement plus [7] years for accounting, tax, and contractual purposes;
• Site analytics and cookie data: as configured in the relevant tool, typically up to [26 months]; and
• Marketing email lists: until you unsubscribe or are otherwise removed.

9. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, including encryption in transit, access controls, secure password and credential management, and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:
• Access: request a copy of personal information we hold about you;
• Correction: request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
• Deletion: request deletion of personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions;
• Portability: request a copy in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format;
• Restriction or objection: object to or ask us to restrict certain processing;
• Withdraw consent: where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing; and
• Lodge a complaint: with a supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

11. Notice to California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, provides additional rights, including:
• The right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it;
• The right to delete personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions;
• The right to correct inaccurate personal information;
• The right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; and
• The right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 2 (identifiers, commercial information, internet/electronic activity, professional or employment-related information, and inferences). We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may “share” limited identifiers and online activity data with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising; you can opt out by emailing us at [email protected] or by using the cookie controls described in Section 5.

Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with proof of authorization. To exercise your rights, email [email protected]

12. International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States and our service providers may be located in other countries. If you access the Site or engage us from outside the United States, your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries that may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect international transfers.

13. Children’s Privacy
The Site and Services are intended for businesses and individuals at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information to us may contact us at [email protected].

14. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, plug-ins, or services, including social media platforms and Amazon-related properties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing information to them.

15. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is no consistent industry standard for honoring DNT signals, we do not currently respond to them. We do honor opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) where required by law.

16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a revised “Last Updated” date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice (such as by email or a banner on the Site) before they take effect. Your continued use of the Site or Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
